THAT JOIN READYMADE TRAFFIC BIZ A PRODUCT OF ECONOMICALTRAFFIC.COM
ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY PLACING
AN ORDER IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU HAVE READ, COMPREHENDED AND
AGREED WITH THESE TERMS.
These TERM and CONDITIONS are an agreement between you ("RESELLER")
and EconomicalTraffic.com ("us") who own Readymade Traffic Biz
available at www.reseller.economicaltraffic.com and www.readymade-traffic-biz.com.
Reseller acknowledges that by placing an order with EconomicalTraffic.com
Readymade Traffic Biz that they have read, acknowledged and fully
understood ALL paragraphs of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
You acknowledge that this agreement will be effective the moment
you join Readymade Traffic Biz.
Reseller acknowledges that EconomicalTraffic.com grants the Reseller
a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to resell the Services
worldwide.
Reseller agrees that he will be charged a $79 initial fee for
the first month and then a small amount of $4.90 will be charged
each month after that.
All Readymade Traffic Biz sales are final.EconomicalTraffic.com
do not offer refunds as large amount is invested in creating reseller
account, website, hosting and other resources.
Reseller is financially responsible for every hit / traffic he
purchases through EconomicalTraffic.com. Reseller agrees to pay
100% for all traffic that was sent to his/her site or his/her
customers/clients website.
In no event shall EconomicalTraffic.com be liable for any consequential,
direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever
(including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss
of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
or inability to use the package, even if EconomicalTraffic.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Both parties (EconomicalTraffic.com and you/Reseller) can end
this agreement and cancel the monthly subscription at any time
by providing written notice. There is no cancellation fee. Reseller
understand and acknowledge that in the event of cancellation of
this agreement and monthly subscription, the Readymade Traffic
Biz website, hosting and other resources will be terminated at
the end of the cancelled subscription period.
Reseller understand and acknowledge that out of all benefits he
is getting through Readymade Traffic Biz, he will only have full
right on the domain booked for his website. All other resources
like website, hosting, autoresponder, voicemail no. etc are the
property of EconomicalTraffic.com or its partners or other companies
and reseller will not have any right to them once the agreement
is cancelled.
Reseller understand that they can resell all or any economicaltraffic.com
marketing services viz- Targeted traffic, Mature/Adult traffic,
Alexa traffic, Guaranteed signups and Email marketing, however
resellers cannot transfer or resale this license to others.
Reseller can sell the services provided to him/her by EconomicalTraffic.com
at any rate but it is advisable to sell at current retail rate.
Resellers also have the right to sell EconomicalTraffic.com services
with other services provided by other suppliers.
Reseller understand and agrees that Reseller client/customer is
his responsibility and in no event shall EconomicalTraffic.com
or its partners sites and companies be held liable for any loss,
dispute, damage to his client site or property.
PARTICIPATION:
EconomicalTraffic.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether
or not it accepts a particular Reseller or site for participation
in the Readymade Traffic Biz Program.
Reseller understand and acknowledge that EconomicalTraffic.com
in its sole discretion and without any liability, may terminate
this agreement with reseller if the reseller is found to be using
EconomicalTraffic.com or its partner services with morally objectionable
and illegal activities. These activities include but not limited
to: activities designed to defame, embarass, harm, abuse, threaten,
slander or harass third parties; activities prohibited by the
law in with the reseller conducts business: activities which encourage
unlawful behavior by others such as terrorism, child pornography
etc: activities that are vulgar, invasive of the privacy of a
third party, sending unsolicited mails or spam or otherwise objectionable.
PRIVACY
Reseller agrees to bind by the privacy policy of EconomicalTraffic.com
located at http://economicaltraffic.com/privacy-main.asp in its
dealing with customers/clients and others.
Reseller also understands that EconomicalTraffic.com will not
disclose the privacy, business or other information of its resellers
without prior approval of the reseller.
DATA REPORTING (STATS):
All Campaigns purchased on the Network are served, tracked and
reported by us. We use a state of the art tracking system to track
your or your client ad campaign. Each order is given a unique
campaign id which is used to track visitors to your or your client
site. When we provide an ad view, EconomicalTraffic.com points
the visitors to this campaign id.
The Reseller understands and acknowledges that the campaign report
received by EconomicalTraffic.com tracking/stats system to be
true and accurate and agrees to hold EconomicalTraffic.com, its
partner companies as well as all companies and individuals involved
harmless for any unexpected results arising from any advertising
campaign.
PAYMENT LIABILITY:
EconomicalTraffic.com reserves the right to hold Reseller, Customer
and any agency, broker or other authorized representative of Customer,
Reseller jointly and severally liable for all amounts owed to
Economicalttraffic.com.
RATES: .Reseller agrees that all prices, discount rates
monthly subscription fee and other fees are subject to change
at any time. Reseller will be informed well in advance of any
such change.
Other:
EconomicalTraffic.com shall be permitted to identify Reseller
as a EconomicalTraffic.com Reseller and may use Reseller's name
in connection with EconomicalTraffic.com marketing materials.
Subject to the prior approval of each party, EconomicalTraffic.com
may elect to issue a joint press release announcing the Reseller's
reselling partnership with EconomicalTraffic.com, which approval
shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Reseller understands that free advertising credits for various
ppc companies come only with the new accounts. To take advantage
of these free credits, you would need to open a new advertiser
account with these companies.
Support staff is available virtually 24 hours/day, all requests
must be made via our ticket support system available in reseller
account. Client also understands that technical support may not
be available at the exact time in which the client initiates contact.
It is our policy to respond to all e-mails within 24-48 hours.
Any order that results in a fraudulent charge or chargeback will
be blacklisted with all providers and the information may be turned
over to law enforcement authorities for further investigation.
